Since this does involve surgery, you should be certain that you really want to get rid of it. Any type of surgery carries a risk of complications, plus it is usually pretty expensive.

A lot can change and you might regret having a tattoo. If you ever do want to get rid of a tattoo though, it is nice to know that the option is available for you to do so.
